I have a Kicker ZR600 in for repair.
The -15v power supply was blown, TIP30C (with MJE15031) and LM7915, 2x tantalum caps (preventive) and zenerdiode D17 were replaced.
I have -15V and +15V measured on all the opamps back.
But still have on both the outputs +40Vdc, speakerrelais not engaging.
Then I replaced all the opamps which (TL071 feedbackloop and TL072 inputs) were on +15V and -15V, but still +40Vdc .
I use the ZR1000 service manual, but some values are not clearly readable on the pdf I have.
Is there a ZR600 manual available?

Do you have clean audio with no DC offset coming out of the crossover module and both op-amps near the RCA jacks?
I think I made a mistake or missed a defect opamp. But the zenerdiode for the -15V power supply was blown again.
So -15V was missing. I replaced the MJE15031 for a new original TIP30c and new zenerdiode 24V. Then -15V was ok.
But one TL072 on the input was bad (+14V on output). When replaced with a new TL072 the amp was working normal again, tested it at 2 ohm dummyload for few hours.
