Is it normal to read 22 ohms between legs 1 and 3 for the outputs?
Just wondering because the left channel the outputs get hot within 2 secs and they all test fine off the board the drivers also all test fine of the board

Yes. There is a resistor connected between those legs.

I just turned them fully counter clockwise and i will power it up to see if there is still a problem
Left Channel plays perfectly now..
Right channel has 30 volts of rail on the output terminals measured directly acroos them

If you can't find any defective transistors, the servo op-amp may have failed. It's the TL071 that has two 1M ohm resistors connected to its input terminals.
I was using the ground terminal of the amp and voltage was pulsing..
If i use the non-bridging speaker terminal i see steady voltage on all pins..

For the 1M ohm resistor connected to pin 3, confirm that you read 0 ohms from the end of the resistor that's not connected to pin 3 to the non-bridging terminals.
Yes R11 the 1 mega ohm resistor The end of it thats not connected to pin 3 has 0.4 ohms to the non bridging speaker terminal
That op-amp appears to be working OK. I'm assuming that you have significant negative voltage on the active speaker terminal for this channel.
