im working on this amp and find out why the relay will not engage all the voltages are right. i cant find what im missing.any thoughts?

Do you have audio on the output filter inductors?

What is the DC voltage across the diode behind the relay after the mute delay?

yes i have audio on the inductors and the voltage across the diode is 11.50v

It's likely that the relay is defective.
