Comes to me an cxa1800.1 with maybe reverse polarity. Blown ps mosfets, caps and diode. 3843b ic replaced and now i have pwm at gates. It comes with only 2 irfb4110, this is the original part number??
And a cxa1200.1, it comes with original ps mosfets, but without any output mosfet. Wich is the original part for the output mosfets??

The Output mosfets are IRFB3307Z for the 46CXA1200.1. The 43CXA1200.1 uses AOT410
Both 43 and 46CXA1800.1 uses three IRFB4110 power supply mosfets. The gate driver Q5 C2045ES may need to be replaced.

I test with 75339 mosfets for the ps, only for test. The PS rises up to 75 volts, then my bench ps protects. No heat from any component, no dc at speaker twrmibal, so i think the 2045 its ok and i will test with the 4110 when it arrives.
