Kenwood DP 7090 don't start at the first power up

Hi!

Kenwood DP 7090 CD player.
I have an "issue" at the first start,maybe 20-25 seconds,the display flash and CD's can't be read.But after second atempt all seems ok.
What do you think?

I replaced the old capacitors from psu but I have the same issue.
