KEF Coda 8 repair / rebuild

Hi folks,

I've managed to source cheap KEF Coda8 speakers.
From my examination shows up one of the tweeters is gone and someone modified / repaired crossover unit.

Would anyone have any recommendation for replacement tweeter? What about crossover? any ideas for new build or drop in replacement?

According to one reference, the tweeter you want is the:

KEF SP1354​

I would attempt to find the original, and restore the crossovers.
