K40y-9 are very decent PIO caps, at reasonable price, and convenient values and sizes.
If you have more space and money you may want to consider the FT-3 teflons.
A little more info on russian caps:

DiyAudio: Russian oil caps ?
.39uF is a little inconvenient value. You will probably need to use 2 x .22uF in paralell, unless you can live with the slightly higher cut-off frequency of .22uF (I would).

Why not use 8 x 0.1uF cross coupled from the driver anodes to the grids so each driver valve feeds both out put valves
This may lower distortion with "real" valves and better balance the currents in the drivers — but perhaps thats not why you have an SE
