Does anyone have a service manual for the ED-1240 model? Or the circuit diagram?
I have replaced all the capacitors and most of the transistors in this unit and it now produces a signal on the line out. However it now ejects the cartridge immediately it is inserted. Whereas before the parts replacement it would eject only when required.
It seems the manual is extremely rare but there must be copies of it laying around gathering dust in some repair shops.
