Just kidding. 🙂
I bet a few doctored pictures showing such a creation and touting its unprecedented sound would create a buzz in the audiophile community though.

Someone would have to sit there teasing the electric eel otherwise it will not generate any power.
Electric eels use electricity to navigate in murky waters as well as to defend themselves and stun their prey so they permanently emit low levels electricity.
If your eel-powered system sounds salty you must find the source and eliminate it as it would kill the eel.

This would create a whole new bit of audio technology on which the players can compete. Some would buy cheap Chinese ebay seller eel stimulators. Others would buy super high-end Sennheiser or Hifiman eel stimulators. Then someone will come out with a $30,000 eel simulator with gold prods and a super high tech water filter system designed to perfect the sound.
The name might be a good marketing ploy.
Apparently electric eels arent even eels http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2000/SunnyFeng.shtml

wow 500 volts. The question is how much of that will travel through the water and reach your heart. But that's pretty scary.
Wait, how to electric eels avoid electrocuting themselves?

3 weeks ago I was in the aquarium of the Berlin Zoo with my daughter and they also
show an electric eel. They have a scope and a speaker, so you can see and hear
its electrical activities. It is seldom completely quiet. There were smaller fish in the
eel's tub, they must have an uncomfortable live. We found the E-Eel ugly, it probably
does this electric thing to avoid being seen.
I can really recommend the Berlin Zoo aquarium, esp. if you have children.

To quote Homer, patent pending patent pending patent pending (or copyright or whatever you do to take credit for a name)
