hi...

there is a new and secure chat room its #DiyVideo on Mirc client servers.

my old #DiyAudio channel was hacked and and stolen I had a looong chat with some pros and on the Mirc message boards they showed me how to secure my Nick and channel.

i even added /echo 1-12 function (chris) lol

this channel is password protected and will automatically stay up.

Censorship?

ND, your previous posts had to be changed because they could have led to legal action against diyAudio, causing it to be closed down. The validity or not of your opinions I can't comment on. I'm sure you wouldn't want to have that on your head, would you?

And I'm sure you're well aware of the rules concerning bad language arn't you?😉

well i never used bad language i used substitutes for bad language...

and whats the difference of leaving the thread here or on the texas area it can still be read... why not just delete it ...


If it will cause legal damage(which i doubt) then delete.
I dont think its fair that i cant express how i feel about a certain thing. In reality there are more than roses and peaches..what kinda of reality is this if only positive views can be expressed, i hold no grudges against you , you have your reasons for your actions but i still disagree with them.(some of them)

The problem is not to do with your free speech, but that diyAudio as a forum, cannot publish those unsubstantiated allegations. If we do, we are open to legal action that could close the boards down, as we have no money to pay fines like newspapers or TV stations would have in the same situation. Unlikely it may be, but those are the guidelines we have to enforce.

You are, of course, free to say what you want in your own chat room, and I wish it all success, with none of the problems you had before😉

but i wish there was a legal way to slander someone..any suggestions? lol

the person in question needs to be exposed IMO

ppl will be taking to this guy as if he was a kind good hearted american when really its the total opposite .i belive these ppl need to have the right to know this.

i wont mention the persons name, i will be more carefull in the future.
