JBL S120PII: Blown Mosfets

When I originally bought this sub (which, has never been known to have the reliability issues of the PBxx subs), it failed after about a month while I was at work. All 4 of the IRF640s blew for no apparent reason.

The other day, while the sub was pounding away (probably around its max output :devilr:) it made a nice pop, crackle, and blew the fuse. Replaced the fuse, instantly blew again. It appears the 4 IRF640s have died again, this time out over a year later and of warranty.

So.. Rather than replacing these with the same MOSFETs that will likely just die in the future, I'm thinking of the IRFB23N20D used in the newer JBL L8400. Any thoughts?
