JBL PB12 replacement amp

Will there be any problems using this as a replacement:

I realize there will be modifications to the cabinet that will have to be made...just worried about speaker /amp ohm load compatability issues.

The original driver is 4 ohms, so there will be no problems with that amp driving it.
