Well, based on this forum thread and this document it goes low enough, but will take one or more big, fancy horn cabs if wanting it for anyplace bigger than a small living room:

They are not the typical kind of subwoofers used in reggae sounds. Most use 18" or 21" driver in for that with a low qts, high BL and xmax. This is a car subwoofer with the wrong specs for it to work in a scoop (= backloaded folded horn, typical used in reggae soundsystems) with that high qts and. Something like a BMS 12S305 or a Fane FC-123F01 would be more suited for this if you want a 12" scoop. This driver would work in a sealed cab altough, but i don't know if it would go low enough for reggae (goal is 32Hz).
A typical reggae soundsystem exist of stacks of 4 scoop horns for sub, reflex or horn kicks (midbasss), sealed or reflex mids and a topsection that is a compression driver in horn and/or bullet or piezo tweeters. It got a typical coloured sound that works for that kind of music. The scene is slowly moving towards transflex and tapped horns to replace the scoops and kicks altough and is (luckely) more and more leaving the piezo tweeters (as they sound like ****) out and replacing them with bullet tweeters...

not rearly suitible you would need a huge quantity to reach the required SPL. You could perhaps do something with a 6th order bandpass box and mounting the drivers as an isobaric clam shell but its unlikly to be cost effective once you take into account the time and quantity of wood you will need despite the low driver cost.
