This amp came in with a fault from almost new, it blew outputs, I replaced them and amp worked fine for about 2 days. Came back with same fault. Replaced outputs and the ir2010. It blew the outputs on turn on, if I remove the output fets and driver the amp powers up, if I fit the driver board the amp turns on and then turns off, it then just cycles through on and off. Take driver out and it powers up fine

Is there any pulse or steady DC on the output filter inductors as it tries to power up?

No dc on output or pulsing dc

Looking at the service manual, it shows 2 20 pin plugs and the markings are confusing.

Look at the two pin configurations where CN5 and CN6 are shown (page 18). If I ask you to give me all of the voltages for those pins, can you do that? Look at how they're not matched pin for pin. You'll have to separate the two 10 pin plugs in each then measure.
