James Loudspeaker A2.1 amp trouble

I have a James loudspeaker a2.1 amp with a humming noice on the .1 (Subwoofer) output, sounds very much like wind blowing and it comes and goes but never disapear complitly.
I have no idea what kind of amp it is but my gues is chip class ab or class d amp, it has a Switch mode power supply if it makes any differens.
Any suggestion where to start the localisation of the problem.
The sub channel has a phase 0/180 degree button on the front. When I press that button it gives som scratching noice.
My hope was a cold soldering but after trying to resolder the legs to that bitton it stays the same as before.
James loudspeaker does not answere my e-mail or messenger messages. I have no schematics for the amp.
Where to start?

I will post some picture of the internals later today.

I checked all the caps for leakage and bulges, but I can’t find any.
Allso tried to find suspicious soldering but I can’t see any of those either.
Love the amp and its features, 2.1 amp with 12 db xo and level settings. So damn flexible and crisp sound when working

I would like my main speakers to play fullrange since they are capsble of it. But the smp has a built in low pass at min. 40hz 12db steepnes, there is a pot at the front that enable variable freq for the low pass, how do I by pass this pot?

It has three legs for connection.

i guess it looks like this:

So how should i connect 1, 2 & 3 for by passing? Is it this simple or do I need to add some resistors ( I dont have the schematics for the amp).
