Hey, just wanted to inform everyone that after a long days work and quite a bit of planning, IT WORKS!!

I'm very pleased with the image it produces.

2 issues 🙁

1) After getting it all up and running there appears to be a pretty sizable scratch smack in the center of the display :bawling: ... Its on the LCD itself, is there anything i can do about this?

2) I notice the occasionally random pixels and sets of pixels seem to change colors to like red and white... Any idea what could be causing this? Just a loose connection or something?

BTW for the record i have a Dukane 4003 OHP and a Viewsonic VE150b LCD.

PICS (Note you can see the scratch in the middle of the first image)

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

An average mans foot for size comparaison lol:

scratch remover

There is a company called Novus that has a three step scratch removal product that work really well.
Call then and see if they send you some samples.
the samples should be enough to get rid of the scratch.
I they don't want to send you a free sample the product is cheap enough.
Good luck

So no one has any idea about the strange pixel problem? It seems that certain combinations of colors make the LCD flip out and display a bunch of off color pixels... I know it has to do with color because it often follows the contours of on-screen objects (in movies and such) with these white or red pixels. Its quite distracting when trying to watch something. Any ideas at all?
