Seems that the new web-browser won't let you open PDF's except in Microsoft's proprietary reader, and I have yet to figure out their toolbar.
When I restarted my computer, Windows 10 had "unpinned" Chrome from the taskbar.

Jack,
Edge is something like a micro-browser. I found it to be a pain.
In Search, try to find "Internet Explorer 11". Should be there.
Or, go to C:\program files (x86)\internet explorer and copy the executable to your desktop or task bar/quick-launch.
You can install Internet explorer 11 from Programs and Features in Control Panel, if it's missing.
I don't know about the unpin part...

Also, if you shut off User Account Control in Control Panel> Security and Maintenance, Edge won't start.
and...Edge doesn't seem to open if you are an admin on the machine or domain.
