isolation transformer usage question

I have 1:1 isolation transformer(110,220 -110,220) 0.5kW.
Can I use the isolation transformer as a power transformer for a vacuum tube amplifier?

Speaking for an ISOLATION transformer NOT AUTOTRANSFORMER ,yes you can do this.
You can expect about 310v D.C after the rectifier/filter.
You will need another small transformer for the filaments.
