I just want to know why the car amplifiers uses isolated DC converter instead non-isolated coverter, there is any reason for this?

Safety also, having separate audio/power grounds means that the amplifier won't try to pull 100A through the RCA grounds if the power ground comes loose.
Think star grounding
Similar to a home amplifier with a "star" grounding scheme emanating from the ground at the filter caps, think of an entire car as the wiring inside a home amp, only with the car's battery as the center of the star. The previously mentioned safety and ground-loop avoidance all works around the principal of all currents originating at the battery and fanning out to all the various systems and subsystems in the car.
