I have wood working skills and easy access and availability of wood vs. metal for a case. I'm considering building the case completely out of wood. What real world concerns should I have in doing this?
1) Heat, I can solve this
2) Grounding? - I don't think this is a huge issue but could be wrong
3) RF interference?
As others have considered I've considered lining it with foil. The big thing for me is the WAF as this will be sitting on top of a kitchen cabinet for the surround sound speakers.

If the boards are well designed they should work in any case. Are they CE certified ?
As you have muted, you could line the case with tin foil.

They are LJM L25D modules and an SMPS-1000 Christi PSU. I will be using Christi's soft start module and LJM speaker protection modules.
