Is this Fixable? HELP PLS (Anisotropic Conductive Film )

Unfortunetely i cropped 2 Anisotropic Conductive Film and i want to know if this damage is fixable.

from what I gather it's fixable, but it will cost you more than 200 dollars, and that will be up front, whether they fix it or not. Now I have a row of 10 pixels out all the way accross one of my pannels 🙁
