I was wondering if anyone has uses this panel, it has really good specs and would provide tv tuner, vga (1024*768), and video inputs.

All the good specs except for 262K colors
That particular model is quite a fav. fr this seller.
I almost bought it until i got a better deal (10.6" WXGA + all in) elsewhere.

still this is only 262k colours, however 1280*768 res.
Havent done any stripping yet.But from what i see should'nt
be any problem on FCC

I think the screen originally posted is probably only 640x480 native resolution...
At 10.4" diagonal, the vertical size will be around 172mm, and then at 0.372 mm per pixel that equals around 460 pixels, so give or take a bit and you can see why I suspect the resolution is where I do. I suspect the RGB pixels are in a vertical stripe arangement giving around 640 pixels * RGB horizontally.
The Sharp LQ106K1LA01 sounds very interesting however I'm struggling to track them down, I don't suppose anybody has a data sheet for them? All I've found is replacement laptop panels which is no use to me as I have no driver board in that case...
