Is there an option in the forum software or control panel to enable a dark background on the pages? It would be much easier on the eyes for some situations for me. I know many forums offer this but couldn't see the option, at least not on mobile.

There is also a theme changer at the bottom of each page. (I know, how often do we look there 😉 )
