I am trying to build a power amplifier based on L25D. L25D has a blue led installed. I believe this led is on when amplifier works. My led is off all the time. Can please someone help? Am I missing something? Did I connect this board correctly to the power supply. Power supply is 70V DC 500W.

I don't think this wil work... You'd need a dual voltage power supply, 70-0-70V, and it looks like you have a single 70V supply. But I'm not sure, maybe you can wire the thing to make it work, it seems to have three seperate outputs.. Maybee there is somthing in the manual of the PSU about that?
I checked with supplier of the power supply. He says "This's not a dual-voltage power supply, just single 0-68V power". I need a different power supply.
Thank you so much for your help.

If you have two of those SMPS it would work... 🙄
It would give 68v...And 68v again...And 0. But if I understand correctly how L25D works I need -68v, 0,+68v (or -70v, 0,+70v which is recommended voltage)If you have two of those SMPS it would work...
You may have damaged the amp by just connecting to a single supply. See page 15 of the IRS2092 datasheet
