That’s a very specific software question for a hobby audio forum 😊. If you look at the release notes for each version it will tell you what was fixed in each version. I’d recommend you ALWAYS use the latest version as that will have more bug fixes and defense against the latest security vulnerabilities than earlier ones. If software stops working on a particular version, report it to the supplier and to Microsoft once you have tried tweaking the compatibility settings. I must declare an interest here as I work for Microsoft, although not for the Windows development team. I hope that helps you even if it doesn’t directly answer your question.
The quick answer is NO, there isn't.
19044 adds to 19043 a niche functionality that's not used by commercial software. 19044 is also the last LTSC release; even theoretically the can't be any software that works on 19045 but not on 19044, this would be classified as a bug. If you don't require to have known exploited security issues fixed (a big IF), then 19043 is fine although 19044 would be better because it is a LTSC release and some commercial software will still be tested and certified on this release even after the end of the free W10 mainstream support.
