Will be hard tofind those from IR since Vishay has taken over their business.
If you want Vishay parts, contact user h_a, he can sell you also matched sets.

I might sound arrogant or unfriendly but, where have you been? Sorry.
Original "IR" FETs have not been produced since approximately 2006. At that time hey were sold to Vishay. They seemed to use the same processing and marking for longer than I can understand? They eventually changed marking. They have also been sold under the Harris and Fairchild names for very similar or the same parts since the 90s.
Why do you need these particular devices?
Toshiba 2SK1530/2SJ201 have been touted as much more linear/desirable so why do you want the IR stuff?
Search the classified threads for Ha or others that have been selling for a while if you really gotta have 'em. The Toshibas would be my choice! But, there are plenty of fake devices on flea bay and other places for both!

No the Toshiba's are discontinued also but they have still been around. Searching is all I can say. I don't see why only IR devices are necessary.
What ever happened to Zu Fang?
