IRF610 3.rd generation

IRF610 is a rather common transistor in Pass designs. Anyone know if the 3.generation, as Vishay calls them, IRF610PBF is significantly different than the old version for audio use?

I believe he is correct. It was my understanding they got the processing equipment as part of the deal so, I suspect they are making the same thing IR was making.
The original IR Datasheet calls them "3rd generation" too 😀

Thanks, guys..... just as I was hoping for, but not quite sure.......
I'm finishing an Ono I started too many years ago, that's just missing the semi's. I know I have a bag of 610's somewhere, but unable to find them in my stash... ;-)
