Saw this from looking at some of the new satellite radio receivers. Using this as a starting point for brainstorming, this "clamped metal" idea could lead to some good DIY designs.

IMO, it needs some wood in there or something.

nifty! only thing you'd need is a brake that could bend thick aluminum without distorting the corners of the bends
