Where can I buy insulation tape like this?

What amp is this for?

Is this a soft silicone coating on a Kapton core (seen in TT5, #8) or is it fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber?

Almost all bigger Korean amps use it. Its a generic 7k

I don't have a source for that material. In small quantities, it's always been expensive, too expensive.

Maybe someone will be able to give a source for it at a reasonable price.

That's good material but not the same. When used, it looks like the first image. The coating doesn't remain on the Kapton core. It's a pain to use if the transistors are not going to be replaced and especially where the insulator will be used in a location that's hard to clean up (3rd image, rare).

The second image shows the fiberglass reinforced material. You can see the weave's shape in the surface of the insulator.
