Infrasonic bass from the subwoofer on the wall

A big hello to everyone!

Undoubtedly, I am the greenest newbie who respects every present audio enthusiast, recognising the effort and time invested in researching and finding the best possible solutions from a multitude of options.
My maximum respect.

Dear fellow enthusiast, I would appreciate any support, guidance, and advice you could give me to help me make a decision about a DIY subwoofer project for my home cinema, which I am building from scratch.

I am looking for the "best" possible sealed box sub that could be put vertically on (or built into) the wall (which is ~ a 60 cm thick brick wall).
To be precise, I am looking for a bit slimmer (not neceseraly the fatest design) bass driver that has enough excursion and a proper power handling possibility when ever needed; a higher "power to weight" ratio, that provides deeper sound (lower frequency) and adequate dynamic response to achieve the "infrasonic bass" so much appritiated in (home) cinemas.
Opposite to the smaller subs, the impulse response of some huge subs does outperform most of the smaller ones, so I would prefer to go with one of those larger subs; they require less excursion for the same amount of displacement, and it's well known that the distortion goes up with the excursion...
I was thinking of subs from the range of 18".

Since every sound perception is "individual," my preferences are: precise & deepest sound.
I appreciate all the positive ideas, to which I am very grateful in advance.

I am a realist, so I appreciate the range of proposals that are as cost-effective as possible but also of acceptable (higher) quality.

I am also a daydreamer, so the "Best of the best" suggestions are welcome.

I greatly appreciate your opinion, and thank you in advance.
