If you look on diypro.us there is a bulb you can buy. You will have to use your old housing and place, center, and secure the new bulb in it. It will also only have about 80% the light output, but at $42(IIRC) you can't complain. I believe the site is currently malfunctioning, because I went on to buy the exact same bulb for my ScreenPlay 4805, and was having difficulties.

You will want a 180watt JYd lamp(might want to double check, but I'm 90% sure) unless he has the 180watt SHP back in stock (I asked about a month ago and he said he could no longer get them), which is a direct replacement bulb and should not suffer very much in the light output category. Both of these will work without modifying your projector.
