A Report that I made generated two Alerts. In one, the thread is linked, not in the other.
As-is, this is benign. But if somebody ever says "This is redundant!" and takes-out one of the alerts, it would be good to keep the linkage.

The first alert in the list indicates that a moderator finalised your report, chosing to return to you the message "Deleted"
The second alert indicates the post itself was deleted, with the person who deleted it returning the message "Deleted"
While you do have a point, it's necessary to recognise that deletions and reports can be exclusive.

Of course. Not sure what you are trying to tell me here.deletions and reports can be exclusive.
I do think you have the timing reversed.
Allen is correct. Unlike the old forum software, this new software can send feedback about actions the moderators take on reports. That's something new you will see on this platform.
The other alert is from the thread where something was deleted. Two alerts for two different reasons.

The list is in reverse chronological order, yes. Hopefully you know what I meant 🙂I do think you have the timing reversed.
