Hi I was wondering if anyone knew anything about making the following work please:
I have a Compaq LTE Elite 4/75cx laptop which recently packed in, but the Display is fine. I was wondering about installing it into my car along with my playstation 2. I have looked around on the net for stuff but can't find very much at all! Would it just be the case of wiring an s-video cable onto the contacts of the Display? I know they would all have to go to the proper pinouts etc. I didnt think that you would need a Graphics card as the PS/2 already has graphics built in.

Laptop LCDs use use odd types of controllers. You may be able to find a standalone one, but it would most likley cost more than buying an in car lcd.
