It's worth noting that the bandpass design will tend to do the crossing. Placement always helps. Your satellites could have their resonance modified, perhaps a peak in that region.

Your assumption is correct but I don't know how to calculate the resistance with satellites attached.
It is going to be difficult to guess this, you might want to imagine it, or sim or measure. I expect it will work adequately just as it is.
A bandpass plot will look similar to reflex. The satellites impedance will rise below the cross. It looks like 300uF so it would start cutting 8 ohms at 65Hz, though the resonance peak may hold that until a different point.
