I'm a newbie. Need help with connecting my first Bluetooth Amplifier Board

I recently purchased the Bluetooth 5.0 Amplifier Board Mini 5W*2 Stereo Power Amp Decoder Audio Module.
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/195668964001

I purchase the following batteries:
Polymer Lithium Ion Battery LiPo 1100mAh 3.7V 603450 JST Connector
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/133597363483

Polymer Lithium Ion Battery LiPo 500mAh 3.7V 702530 JST Connector
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/175225850886

Both batteries separately connect to the red port with no issue but I don't get any power. I have tried charging with the Charging Micro USB Cable with no luck. I am able to get power to the board and connect to the Bluetooth when connecting the micro USB cable.

What am I doing wrong?

The board label says it wants 5vdc, (3.7 - 5)
the usb will provide 5vdc,
the batteries you have say they are 3.7vdc.
a quick stab in the dark suggests the batteries are not supplying enough voltage to power the board.

in short, you need a battery system that delivers 5vdc.

According to the board description,
"Power requirements:
Voltage DC voltage 3.7V-5V, voltage can not be higher than 5V; current 1.5A-2A; (note: if using 3.7V lithium battery, please ensure that lithium battery and discharge can reach 1.5A, some lithium battery has voltage but current is not "

I can't seem to find 5V batteries with a JST Connector on eBay.

The instructions given at the ebay link includes:

4) If you will connect or use lithium battery (3.7-4V power supply), do not add this component (IN4007), so the voltage will be reduced by about 0.7V, read U disk and SD card will not read, you can Directly cut off the IN4007
