Has anyone seen Hubbel or such selling a version of the FI-15(R)Plus / FI-15(G)Plus ?
I'm looking to find one that uses brass conductors, but can get really nice and tight on the wire. That's my main thing, most IEC plugs strip if you get much compression at all.
There is a cheap one I like that can get amazing compression, and can squeeze just past 12awg into it, with a bit of work... The problem is the clamping mechanism often derails to one side when you put it in an IEC socket
The only thing I've found that might be ok is this. It depends. Hubbell has made some bad hospital grade stuff before. The ones with the plate that moves are best, the ones with a "box" that moves are trash. Marinco works in this circumstance but I'd like to find better if possible.

Some comments are that the one I just posted doesn't except very large wire, kind of a problem. I'll grab a few to find out.
