Hi, I'm having Trouble finding this problem , I'm getting no gate voltage on output mosfet. What could be pulling down the voltage on pins 8 , 11 and 12 on the 494 PWM? Even after Applying direct 12v to pins 11 and 12 and still nothing.

If you want to get better help, post always photo of full board as well. it might be some generic clone amp, but google doesnt show any internal photos, so...
The resistor's failure is likely to be a symptom of a larger problem.
Check the related circuitry, and the diode may be bad as well.
