Hi
I need some help as i found the i2s pin out labelling different .
My usb converter has this as i2s out : MCLK , LRCK, DATA , SCLK AND GND
My dac input has these i2s pin label : BCK, WS, DATA and GND
Is the correct alignment ?
BCK----SCLK
WS-----LRCK
DATA----DATA
GND----GND
Thanks for your help.

Same Problem
I have a USB converter with the following I2S outputs:
LRCK
DATA
BCK
MCK
GROUND
My DAC has the following I2S inputs:
Bit Clock
Word Clock
Data
GND
Would the correct alignment be:
Bit Clock - BCK
Word Clock - LRCK
Data - DATA
GND - GROUND
??
Thanks for your help !!!!

DAC hook up
DAC has - DATA BCK LRCK GND
Digital player has DATA SCLK LRCK MCLK GND
are they compatible
DAC has - DATA BCK LRCK GND
Digital player has DATA SCLK LRCK MCLK GND
are they compatible
DAC has - DATA BCK LRCK GND
Digital player has DATA SCLK LRCK MCLK GND
are they compatible
Yes, BCK = SCLK. Ignore MCLK as your DAC does not need it.
Is it possible to connect single ended I2S to LVDS I2S?
Input unit (network streamer): Matrum Acustic Ambre
Output unit (DAC): Holo Audio May
Tamu Audio sells an I2S RJ45 to HDMI adapter (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001249889215.html) and I wonder whether using a modified UTP cable the I2S connection between the Ambre and the May is possible via such adapter. The picture below shows how the UTP cable would connect the pins at the Ambre and Tamu ends (coloured lines).
The I2S used in the Ambre is single ended, and the Holo uses LVDS. I suppose the two cannot be connected without a conversion unit in the middle?
Thanks
