The only legal way of downloading any tunes that i pay attention too is Apple's iTunes, but it hasn't expanded outside the USA yet.
My interest is really only academic since i'm not really interested in MP3s (ie take a CD which already has problems with not enuff info converted from the analog domain and throw away 90% more)
