Something with a Kevlar cone. Although it's getting harder to find Kevlar woofers these days. I recommend buying a bookshelf from B&W's 600 series.
Any. Just hook it up to the mains. The result will be quite explosive although it will only happen the once.
Most quality loudspeakers will give you what you want though. Zaph's za5.2 would be a good place to start.
