Hypex Smps 400A180 issues

Hi guys

Need advice. One of my smps suddenly develop a voltage drop from the
normal +- 47v to +-22v. Can someone advice on where I can check to debug
the issue.

i think its better to ask the MOD to move your thread to the " power supply" thread

Does it drop with and without amp connected ?

Yes it does. Emailed Hypex & they suggested that I send back for repair.
I had disconnected that smps left it for a while & power up in hope that it well
reset, unfortunately its still the same
