Hypex Fusion troubleshooting

Hello,
Anyone else had problems with a Fusion amp suddenly not working anymore? My FA251 doesn't turn on anymore, on the manual they mention there is a fuse but it is "not user replaceable"... so I don't know where it is and I can't check if it's the fuse blown or something else in power supply. Visually there's nothing strange, no burns or smell or leaking caps or anything...
What can I do, except contacting Hypex for support?
Thank you for your help!

If you haven’t already,
Remove the amp from the speaker and begin with a close visual inspection. Find that fuse and check it for continuity. Trace incoming power with a meter and if that checks out update the firmware

Thank you for your reply.
Quick update: I was able to talk with Jos Wolthuis of Hypex who confirmed that it's likely the fuse blown but it is not accessible, so I must send the amplifier to them for repair.
That a fuse is not accessible is honestly very strange, even stranger is a fuse can be blown while the amplifier was in stand-by and most important: how I could prevent this?
I mean the power button must stay always ON otherwise you have to re-install the DSP filter, so the amplifier is designed to stay always in stand-by mode when not used... so there is no way to prevent this to happen, and if it happens it can be repaired by Hypex only.
I'm puzzled.

For reference,
I have a pair of FA 252’s that I use everyday. I don’t leave them powered on when not in use. I’ve been using them this way for about a year, no issues whatsoever. I too find it odd that the fuse isn’t serviceable. Maybe post a picture of the pcb?
If the dsp filters are lost when powered down, that is not right. I don’t see how that could lead to a blown fuse….
Maybe a power surge occurred?

Hmmmm

The amplifier is on the way to Hypex for repair. The fuse should be hidden below the psu board, probably glued (there's a lot of glue on this board... isn't it?)
About your "if the dsp are lost when powered down, this is not right", Hypex confirmed this too. Anyway both my amps work this way. There must be something wrong in the settings (my fault probably).
When I turn them off and then on again the green light starts to blink and there is no other way to fix it but connect the computer and re-install the dsp. What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked if they are set to slave mode, powering down and waiting for the ‘on’ command from a master?
This was the issue I had. Turned out normal behaviour, just lack of user understanding. The units can be woken up by interacting with them via PC.

They were both set to Master actually, maybe I will take a picture of the screen to show the settings I was using... Yes, they can be woken up via PC, that's what I used to do in that cases, but it should not be the case if working normally.

Update: good news about the repair, the amplifier has been repaired under warranty and it's already back and working! Great support from Hypex.
About the problem with the fuse this is the comment from Hypex: "The fuse had failed due to triggering of the on-board surge protection. I also saw some signs of arcing on the mains inlet pins so that might also be a cause. Perhaps the plug does not fit properly."

About the other problem of the amps not turning on unless connected to computer I found out that it's a problem of the input level from the preamp. Signal detection level is set on 1 but it seems I need to turn up a lot the preamp volume in order to "wake up" the amps...
