Hi, I am new to the DIY audio scene. I just bought a JL Audio XD700/5 Class D Amp. I am just about ready to get it hooked up and had some questions. On Channels one and two I have a HP Filter Mode button that can be set on to off, x1, or x10. On channels two and three I have a Filter Mode Switch Button that has three settings to off, BP, or HP. I have been trying to find out more information on these but I havent come across anything that really explains to me what exactly these settings are I am hoping someone can help me.
Channels 1&2 has a dial for the Filter Frequency (Hz) thats labeled from 50hz-500hz. Channels 3&4 has a dial for the HP Filter Freq. (Hz) thats labeled from 50hz-500hz.
Finally I have a dial for the Input Sensitivity that can be adjusted. My question is how do I determine what I should have these set at. Where I can find more information on learning about these controls?

It defines the frequency response of the entirely amplifier, normally it is intended to use as a only bass amplifier. Try listening to it, and adjust at your taste.
