Is there a way to determinate the power that a torroidal transformer can handle? With some mathematics calc i mean ... I've extracted some from a pc Power supply..

You may be looking at this in the wrong way. Concern yourself with the current that the inductor is able to pass with reasonable losses. In that case, the current it is able to carry is a simple function of the size of wire you use.
power handling is related to the cross sectional area of
the toroid core and the frequency at which it is operated.
