How to make Bass bins

Hello Folks,
i have Just sucessfully built the M-250 Amp found in the community and now am planning to make 4 of them to get 1000 watts system.
I am all set with the amplifiers.
I am buying these PA speakers for these Amps

and wanna build Bass bins for these babies.

First am confused on which design to choose, a Wbin or a cross bin.
Can any experienced person help me with choosing the design and also how to make it..
i havent found any material to how thw wooden boxes of bins are made i mean the details of the angles and etc etc.

Any theory about the bass bins ??
How does the horn in a bass bin help getting the right sound and which design is the most efficient ?

All horn based designs r efficient. U must know ur driver T/S parameters in details. Then decide what kind of frequency response u want. Accordingly u can select that matches ur driver or design ur own cabinet if can.

Be cautious before buying Paudio in India.
Many duplicates r there in the market.
Even original r with aluminium voice coil.
They hv complaints of voice coil burning in our hot atmosphere.
Cabinets r readily available in aamchi Mumbai.

You might want to look at the tapped horn thread. Construction looks simpler than normal horn designs. Also, model the driver as a bandpass; that may be good enough for sound reinforcement purposes.
