I recently got 2 15" p3 and the guy I got them from said he got them wet and won't turn back on. I was just wondering what's the problem and how do I fix them. There not the newer models that say Rockford on the cone they say punch and p3 at the bottom. If you can help let me know thanks

He probably doused them putting out the fire from the voicecoils. Or the former shifted and is now frozen. You can get 'em reconed if you want to pay more than they're worth to get them working.
