I do my triode models by iteration using the Koren equations. I wrote some software to aid in matching a plot. You can change parameters and then run the curves until you get a match that is acceptable. I don't include a "user manual" but there are examples included with the download.

I was going to add tetrode/pentode equations, but never got around to it 🙁

I use a modified form of the Koren equations.
The data from voltage and current are in columns "A" and "B", the grid voltage in column "C".
Then use the Koren equations and Excel "Data Solver" to iterate a solution, least squares, goodness of fit, etc.
