How to build a +/- 60VDC high amp power supply

Does anyone have or can make me a schematic to build a +60V,-60V DC power supply from USA current. The only reqirements are:
+60VDC
-60VDC
a neutral
as much amperage as possible
and cheapest as possible

What is it being used for?
How much current is really needed?

Transformer and some filter caps perhaps?

There is the TL783 adj regulator.
or LM317 Lm337 combo.
