How to apply cabinet stuffing

I have bought this two speaker damping materials:

but I am not 100% sure how to apply them in my speakers/ sealed sub.
Do I layer the inside walls of the cabinets hot gluing them into place or do I expand them and stuff the speakers. They both say that each pack is good for fore than 20 liters so my guess is that I stuff the speakers with hem and not just lay them on the sides like acoustic foam

I understand it's better to have a layer near the driver rather than at the back of the cabinet. It can have more effect there. If you can stuff the whole cabinet instead, do so.

Line the inside walls with the denser material then fill the centre with the less dense material.

Be careful not to compact the material in the centre and leave some breathing space between it and the woofer.
