Hello,
I have bought this two speaker damping materials:
Sonofil Damping Mat - Your favorite one-stop-shop for DIY audio components - SoundImports
MDM-2 Speaker Damping | 100% Polyester - Your favorite one-stop-shop for DIY audio components - SoundImports
but I am not 100% sure how to apply them in my speakers/ sealed sub.
Do I layer the inside walls of the cabinets hot gluing them into place or do I expand them and stuff the speakers. They both say that each pack is good for fore than 20 liters so my guess is that I stuff the speakers with hem and not just lay them on the sides like acoustic foam

I understand it's better to have a layer near the driver rather than at the back of the cabinet. It can have more effect there. If you can stuff the whole cabinet instead, do so.
