How is this DAC for active speaker project

Hi,

I intend on using this device for my DSP based active speaker. Whether I use Raspberry based system OR x86 based system the below device is common. https://www.amazon.in/Tobo-Digital-Converter-Support-Blue-Ray/dp/B07Y9SY7XQ

I bought it and opened to see the DAC inside and found 4 of CS4354 to product total 8 channel output.
While all parameters seem good, It does not have that great below specs by todays standards of DACs

But there is no point in using a better specification device if I cannot hear it on my speaker system. My output device is a 3 way speaker not a headphone that can reveal every detail, but I am not sure.
For active speaker use, is this HDMI DAC sufficient or should I look for better HDMI DAC device.
Should I junk it or use it?

Link to the dac is bad, but copying the displayed link text and pasting into a browser works. Basically it looks like its not a very good dac board, not because of the particular dac chips so much, but because of the circuitry that most likely surrounds them. With dacs, things like power supplies and clocks can have a lot of effect on the sound. Also, HDMI is not the best sounding interface without a lot of work. Its much easier to make USB sound better.

I checked the PCB, there is just one HDMI chip and 4 of these DACs. I thought HDMI provided i2s signals directly from the chip so was immune to problems. USB has a longer path with buffers in the driver so was inclined to HDMI.

HDMI can be jittery since its clocked from the HDMI source device, etc. HDMI chips may also be more noisy (in the EMI/RFI sense, including power supply coupled noise) than dac chips like to be exposed to without some isolation.
